Can I combine or edit an order?
Orders placed on the same day can be combined or edited upon request, providing the order has not yet shipped.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes. I take custom orders on all bags. Customizations on stickers are limited but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
My shipping label is created but the tracking has not updated?
Orders are marked as shipped once a shipping label is printed. We drop off orders at the post office daily (Mon-Sat) but it may take some time for the post office to scan the package and the tracking to update online. Please be patient with tracking as it is not always updated. Sometimes scans are missed and the tracking will not update until delivery.
What if I used the wrong address?
If you noticed you submitted your order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us right away. As long as the order has not shipped, we will be able to correct the address. If the order has already shipped, we will have to wait until the package is returned to us or rerouted to you before we can re-ship. If the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for fees to re-ship. Buyer can also cancel the order at that point and be refunded all fees, less shipping.
